Torrente Sanapite
Canyon of Torrente Sanapite separates Verzino and Savelli countryside by its deep cut in majestic metamorphic
hercynic rocks.
It is a non-technical canyon. In summer you might even do it not wearing a wetsuit, because water is not cold.
Fishermen use to go fishing through Sanapite canyon. However it is not known to hikers or canyoneers.

I knew of Sanapite canyon from a mushroom seeker from Verzino. I met him while searching for the exit of another canyon.
When I told him the reason why I was there, he gave me an advice: "I guess Sanapite is interesting to you: go and see".
A good advice!
