Vallone Occhio di Bue

Vallone Occhio di Bue is the smallest and steepest among the three branches that make up the upper Coserie, and also it is the poorest in water.
So it's better descending it in the wet seasons, and return up on foot. Or else you can continue downstream the confluence of the three branches, down along the easy Coserie gorge, but you must have a shuttle car, preferably a 4WD.

What you find in the detailed description

I remember ...

October was poor in rain, so the creek had only a little flow. Even in Coserie it was almost the same than in summer.
On the other hand, the weather was splendid and the air was cool enough to make us enjoy the long climb under the sun that would bring us back to the car.
Once we arrived we found the shepherd with whom we had spoken in the morning, evidently curious to know the outcome of our unusual adventure. It was he who told us the name of the valley.
