Vallone Livari

The hills around Coserie creek are often harsh and bare, due to the low compactness of the flysch of which they are made, a rock so unstable that it don't allow the growth of vegetation. At the same time, the low compactness of rock means that what from a distance appear as huge rock walls are actually slopes with a few rock steps (lower than you expect).

That's what happens at Vallone Livari.

I remember ...

You know, I rarely go through already explored canyons. The Livari, however, intrigued me, also because there were other similar valleys in the area and going down the Livari might have made me understand how the others could have been.
Furthermore the weather was uncertain and I didn't want to go through a canyon with a higher risk of flooding.

So I proposed to Saverio to accompany me to Livari and he didn't make me ask twice.
