Fosso della Chiusa

The systematic search of the waterfalls in the area of Sersale-Zagarise (carried out by some enthusiasts who have engaged in the activity of environmental hiking guide) led to the discovery and tourist promotion of cascades along the course of the streams Uria, Finoieri and a couple of smaller creeks by Sersale. In one of these creeks there is the Cascata della Chiusa, but also the Chiusetta fall and some smaller cascades, plus a few narrows, a couple of deep pools to be passed by swimming, a lot of downclimbings, ...
But this is a canyoning trail, yes it is!

I remember ...

I was expecting something similar to the nearby Hell's canyon but instead we found a very different trail, easier and much less spectacular. Pleasant, that is.
